Normal delivery - born with inward pointing toes
Reflux, failure to thrive
Cardiac surgery to correct vascular ring with left ligamentum May 2007
Torticollis, plagiocephaly
Hypotonia, with some mixed tone
Cortical Vision Impairment
Visual Evoked Potentials - nothing registering past retina
BAER - fractional hearing delay, later told because water present on ear
EEG - normal
Intermittent aspiration confirmed through video swallow study
Subsequent FEES test normal
Breath holding spells
Lung x-ray normal
EKG and heart ultrasound normal
Global Development Delays
Genetics array and test for Angelman's Syndrome normal
3 MRIs
--1st abnormal with small insult on the pons
--2nd abnormal with no insult, thin corpus callosum and decreased white matter for age
--3rd abnormal with thin corpus callosum, slightly enlarged ventrical, but white matter appropriate for age
Spectroscopy with 3rd MRI normal
Endoscopy 6/2008 normal
Muscle biopsy 6/2008 abnormal
Sleep study normal
17% scoliosis
Right hip 30% out of socket
Sensory integration issues
Motor planning issues
Orthotics
Prevacid, CoQ10 and Milk of Magnesia daily
At 1: rolls front to back, sits and stands supported
At 2: rolls front to back and back to front
